i've had to cancel my flight to Japan, i lost a close family member (my dog Miffy) and i'm having a hard time mentally at the moment... so my birthday, and treating myself, is really the last thing on my mind.
i sat down tonight and thought maybe i should think of myself for once and buy myself something nice.... but then i realized 650$USD = 1000$ AUD and right now i'm currently fighting with my flight agent to get my 1000$ back for my flights to japan, UGH! ๐ข (plus the stock market is crashing and i just invested most of my savings ...grrr)
i'm going to blame the retrograde/leap year/apocalypse! at least i am going out for a dinner with the family my birthday evening and spending the morning at the hot springs :) <3 that is what really means the most.
