I would recommend not starting with Saber or being careful when starting with Saber. Its a really good season but the first arc is difficult to understand because they had to skip scenes since it was filmed during covid. So I would wait till you have a better grasp of how Kamen rider stories are told. They released supplemental short videos with the missing scenes later, so if you are going to watch it I'd say make sure to find out when to best watch the supplemental clips.
