Paypal closed my account

My PayPal account was permanently closed because I was a minor when I registered, and now I can't create another account due to an error with the same PayPal. I created a Payoneer account, but I'm also encountering an error when trying to use it. Sorry, everyone, I wanted to keep you updated, but this has been stressing me out for a week. I hope to resolve it soon

-Thank you for the supportive messages regarding the PayPal situation... it has certainly caused me to delay some things and secure others. I want to have the assurance of having that budget on hand to start collaborations, etc., but what happened to me was like a bucket of cold water. I'm new to this, and I think I needed that stop to move forward properly-
