Vox Whale

It was finally declared illegal when Folzo Foris, a Gleekar Shadow Linguist, caused the emotional death of 682 people at a poetry festival by using a Vox Whale larynx to recite his epic, No It's Not My Car, in twenty forbidden languages simultaneously.

Not just the Vogon Poetry either- something about the intersection of bureaucratic intractability, uncommon common sense, and an unlikely fate worse than death with a mundane bizarreness.
