Chapters Updated and new ones coming today

Sorry for the lack of chapter today. I was quite sick and just got home. Feeling much better now though! I've been able to edit the chapters I wrote while recovering and will be uploading three of them today (or tomorrow, depending on your time zone).
I'll also be more frequent with the daily updates now because the "light" edits are finally done. I made a few changes to the story as mentioned before - Adom's parents now know he is a regressor, which you can read in the chapter "Family Time" (it's a bit longer due to that addition). The way the final fight against Gale went was also modified - it ended the same way, but the tactics and people in the fight were fleshed out more. As for Sam, I added a part where Adom has decided he will be telling Sam about his regressor status at some point. That can be read in chapter 54.
You don't really need to read it back if you don't want to, as the overall outcome remains unchanged.
I'll be uploading the chapters today, and a bonus one if I have the time. The goal is to get to chapter 40 without burning myself out, then focus on the side stories.
Speaking of which - who would you like the side stories to be about? For now, I intend to make one about Morgana that would take place at the same time as Adom's story. We'd follow her adventures and see the world changing through her eyes as Adom's actions ripple outward. This would also let us explore more of the world with her, even though Adom will be doing his share of exploring too.
I'd be interested to know if any other side character would be intersting enough to have a side story though. Damus is definitely up there, as he will have a role in the future.
Anyway, see you all in a few hours with the chapters! Going back to hermit mode.

Maybe one of the teachers or merris. Could be an interesting way to add depth to the current societal tensions. I’d also love to see more from biggins in a slice of life setting. He’s too strange to not be involved in some interesting hijinks.

I would love a side story about Hugo and how he dealt with the professor disappearing, and learning about what their experiment were really about. A side story about Adom father when he is on the frontline and his mom when she is working as a healer would be nice! (I don’t think we know where she is working)

Would be cool to see more of how strong his father is, in comparison to pure battlemage vs pure fluid, or both battlemage+fluid. It's been hard for me to compare power levels in my head, and how magic and fluid might scale differently. How does one advance in fluid control / strength? Can't remember if it was already in the story. Also, what time zone are you?

It would be nice to see his strength and better qualities in a story not dependent on Adom's presence. (I feel the same way about Valient.) Additionally, it would be fun to have a story based on faculty--e.g., Crowley and/or Merris.

I'd love to see a PoV from Sam's point of view, since he's seeing all these radical changes in adom, and I think it'd be interesting to see what he thinks of the changes. Glad to hear there will be more updates, but please take care of yourself!
