Upcoming Nomination Changes

All right, I'm making plans for the next topic vote.  I am announcing a policy change for everyone to review.

There won't need to be a preliminary poll.

 There will be no need for a 2nd to a nomination.
 
All you need to do:

All that anyone needs to do during the nomination phase from here out is make ***ONE REPLY POST*** of what male/female pairing they would like to see for that month in the nomination thread.

Details:(Read if you have questions or concerns)

What I will do:

 I will go through each and every nomination for that month and only consider the first one each nominator makes. (If someone made like 3 or 4 nominations, I'm totally ignoring the extra ones.)

 From all nominations, I will choose
four pairings I would like to work on, and four that have never been worked on before 

(For example, I've never had a topic with She-ra before, but if it's She-ra and Deku, --hmmmmmm---<3(that one is interesting...) If it's She-ra and Deku, it won't go into the 'never-been-done-before' section.)

 The topic vote will then be those eight topics.

 I will go through each and every nomination made by the deadline from both Patreon and Subscribestar. I'll make a summary post describing all considered posts and even comment on the ones that almost made it(sometimes... there may be 4 sure winners that get instantly picked.)

What you DON'T need to do.

No need to get into it with anyone about their post. If they make a weird nomination that breaks the rules it won't even get considered. No need to comment on it.


Purpose of this change:

 Hopefully, this will reduce the friction on the nomination page.

This will also give never-before topics a chance to show up.

I will be able to voice which topics really excite my interest, but my picks won't totally dominate the process. These aren't just "My topics". These are four of my favorites from the topics that were nominated AND four topics that haven't been given a chance before.

 

[PS] Finally some advice. 

Post what you want to see that month.

Even if it was posted by someone else.

Because something might have been off.

They might have made like 3 posts before that and the one you THOUGHT was going to be entered, didn't get entered.

 Don't try to game like
"Ooo! I see She-raXDeku got nominated... That's what I wanted to see... I'll make a different nomination post." 
No. Just post what you want. That way you know it will be considered.

In closing.

I sincerely hope these new topic nomination terms are amenable or at least understandable/tolerable. If you made it this far, THANKS SO MUCH for sticking with me.
