Progress Post September 2025

September is somehow already over, I feel like the LOVEWEB script was finished like 2 weeks ago lol.

Anyway the Homestar Runner episode's animatic is done!! I still have yet to add some of the voice acting that got done but with that and video clips that are gonna be used in the episode... This is gonna be around 12/13 minutes? I finished the skeleton and next month I'll be able to start working on the meat and bones of the episode, and have a lil progress bar going.!

Looking at the previous progress posts, it looks likes the episode should be done in like, 2 months? I guess it'd be a fine pipeline to take like 1 month to do the script and animatic, 2 months to animate the episode, then 1 month to take a loveweb breather and then outline the next episode. So basically an episode every 4 months, I think that'd be cool.

Obviously things happen so I'm not gonna guarantee a new episode every 4 months lol, but it is nice to try to have personal deadlines you know.

Ok DEADWEB stuff now, which idk if I should type like DEADWEB or DeadWeb or deadweb or whatever!!

I have prototyped a tug of war choice system in RPGMAKER2000. People are gonna be able to input custom commands in the YouTube chat to make choices! Between Lunar Live and now, a new software released to make this kind of project a LOT EASIER. No more having to mess with python and being stuck with "down_arrow", now chat can input !down. And also I'll be able to stream the game on my YouTube channel!!

Now obviously this isn't a scene from the game, I was just testing stuff. What IS gonna be in the game is the character on the left.

Her name is Haxelle and she's gonna be the protagonist of Deadweb! I love her very much. I figured it's okay to show the protagonist since you'll be meeting her immediately when the game starts lol.

I'm always super secretive with my projects cause I know the best way to experience new media is as blind as possible but this time I'm gonna HAVE to advertise the game publicly and show some stuff. It's not like Lunar Live where I barely showed it on social media cause it was a short lil game concept. This game is gonna be bigger and have more work put into it so I want people to get the memo!!

The game is still very far from being done, which is why I haven't "officially announced" it yet. And I probably won't until at least it's 50% completed!
