That's a pretty good question. If you have Discord and are in his server, these things get talked about a lot over there. Might be a bit of an oversight of the Doctor not having made a specific post on the Patreon regarding that, however, he is but one man and has a lot on his plate constantly. I'm fairly sure that he did make an announcement of those changes here once. I'd have to search for it, but I understand your thought process.
