first off, i want to apologize for disappearing. it wasn’t my intention to take a break. July has been insane for me. if you don’t follow me on twitter to see what i posted, my sister in law and brother just had a baby yesterday! he came two weeks early, so I really couldn’t have planned for that. IM AN AUNTIE!! she ended up having some complications and had a c-section to ensure that the baby and herself would be safe. things have been hectic for me as I was already out of town when I got the news. things will return to normal in about 2 days and i will do my absolute best to post like normal while i’m out of town visiting my new nephew. again, i apologize for not keeping everyone updated. it’s been crazy for me lately. but after this, i have nothing scheduled at all! so things shouldn’t be crazy after this month. thank you for being patient. thank you to everyone who sent their thoughts & prayers for my sister in law and baby Lincoln. thank you to everyone who was kind and understanding. i really appreciate it.

Congratulations on becoming an aunt. As someone who never had children of my own, my brothers' children are children not of my body but of my heart. You have such an important role in the life of that babychild as someone who loves them as much as their parents but a place of love when they need a break from their parents. My babychildren are all grown up and three of the four are married but they still, every now and then come running to the auntie sanctuary to relax and catch their breath before they tackle the world again. Their husbands and wife also took that special place in my heart and treasure the auntie sanctuary as much as my babychildren. If you are as lucky as me, you are in for the most extraordinary ride of your life.

I became an auntie almost exactly 3 years ago (her 3rd birthday is in about a week) and I haven't been the same since and my life hasn't been the same since. I'm happy for you to post when you're able to, because you create this content in the first place because you want to, not because you have to; that should never change. Congrats on your new title, it's gonna be an amazing journey! :D
