The ending was so good, I didt see that twist coming at all, and it almost made me cry when they talked about moving on and explained everything to molly. Also I think what you can take away from the episode is learning more about spirts and what turns them into vengeful spirts and etc. just some explaining about it.

2019-01-25 02:39:47 +0000 UTCI agree with most of what you said. It is a MOTW episode. What I think it adds is a deeper look into the whole ghost mythos and what makes someone become a ghost. This is a bit of a different type. Shows up just once a year, and self contained. I do think I was like you on first watch, but I really like this episode now. I like it when the show varies how they tell the story. Well, usually. There are some eps that experiment that I really don't like.
