EDWARD: Personally, I wouldn’t mind.
OSWALD: I know what YOU don’t mind, I’m saying what I mind. As the Mayor of Gotham City, I have to face the fallout from this mess, whatever happens. The last thing I need is for the Sirens to bring their own brand of reliable unpredictability to this predicament. No - my decision is final. No gangs!
