Important notes:
- Game starts instantly with new storyline in chapter 4
- Game starts with transporent BG - it's ok
- Jace line available in this version, while other - not.
- Jace room in night background isn't yet ready, so we've used some temporary image.
- Jace nude angry/shy/sad sprites are not ready, so are marked as "ГОЛЫЙ"

Some interesting stuff:
Current version of chapter 4 contains over 5100 lines of code, while all chapter 3 was 6300 lines. Yup, it's big.
