Illusion
Added 2019-07-01 10:14:47 +0000 UTC So real quick. This was a pic I was submitted to art competition. Well it wasn't quite competition, but it was this submission thing. Honestly I would say this is my deepest work yet, and now.. I don't want to spoil it for your, but if you don't get what's going on (my test audience pointed out it wasn't that clear):
The grey used in her skin, is one solid color. And it's the background that creates this illusion of it being different shades. Here is the pic without the background:
So hence the name "Illusion" which goes into a deeper meaning with the content of the picture.
Or maybe I just wanted to draw bootleg Jessica Rabbit. Who knows.
