An autistic woman has been left without a favourite song after she ate hers too quickly and got sick of it, report have indicated.
Emma Bernard, 28, loved the delicious taste of Guess by Charli XCX and Billie Eilish so much that she gorged on it for weeks. But after approximately 800,000 listens on Spotify, she abruptly found that even the thought of it made her feel nauseated.
She said: “The beat was so tasty and the lyrics were so juicy - I never thought I’d get full. But it turns out after trying it, biting it and licking it I did, in fact, have to spit it.”
“After a week of having no songs to eat, I just discovered Hey You by Blu DeTiger,” she added. “I’ll try to pace myself this time but I just had to eat something new.”
