Patreon reward changes

Hello dear Patreon subscribers,

First of all, thank you so much for your support. You enable the work we do and we are so grateful. Also we put our heart and soul into our site and your belief in us means everything.

As this community begins to grow, we wanted to get your thoughts on what kind of bonus content you would enjoy going forward.

After a really lovely live chat last weekend, we have been having discussions internally about opening up our monthly live streams to paid subscribers at all levels and offering additional bonus content to $5 and up subscribers instead.

The sense of community on the last call was really special - people joined in in whatever capacity they felt able to, from being on camera with us to watching with cameras off - and our current thought is to have funny discussions about different autism and / or comedy topics each month where likeminded autistic folk who love comedy can gather.

With that in mind, is this something that would interest people?

And if so, what would people really love to get at a $5 and up level to replace this bonus? We are open to all suggestions.

Please feel free to comment or if you’d rather suggest something privately, to message us directly on here.

With so much gratitude,

Sara and Elsa

Happy to work with you all to bring your work to the Edinburgh Fringe in the form of a show in the future. If you guys go this year, look out for Bar 50 where loads of us hang out. Neurodivergent performers. Both my Guerilla Autistics Eccentrics Assemble and many other shows about being Autistic are based there. We have a bit of a social scene now. Counterintuitively. I guess to be hard core one needs to avoid it... Cheers.

Thanks Katie! You all made it really special! We’re thinking of doing some of this in bite-sized video form for people to watch in their own time as one of the possibilities so that’s really helpful!

The live was indeed lovely. Happy it's open to more people. I'd love to see more of your process and perhaps activities to practice/learn about comedy writing in an autistic voice - super inspired by your work but no idea where to start!

Katie
