To find this set in game type vertical garden in the game search bar.
NOTE:
Activate the cheat code bb.moveobjects on in game and bring the plants up to fit the pots height with the number 9 on your keyboard, or CTRL+9 if you have the camera set to Sims3 controls ( read this little guide if you do not know how to move objects up in game)
