I am demisexual and demiromantic which would help me in this sort of situation. My feelings of sexual and romantic attraction to strangers are sort of an "in potential" type of thing. Like I see a beautiful woman and my feelings are more that I could become attracted to her rather than actual sexual or romantic attraction. I do experience aesthetic attraction for strangers but that's basically the same thing that I feel for flowers or architecture. You can't seduce me with that. I often pretend my attractions work more typically because explaining that I feel the potential for attractive rather than attraction itself is usually way more complicated than its worth, but in a situation like this I would have an advantage because my attractions always progress in this order: Platonic Friendship -> Romantic Attraction -> Crush/Love -> Sexual Attraction
