DF Release Question

I hope you're all doing well. Quite busy over here as we've been helping out trying to catch some stray cats for the rescue so they can get help. So apologies for the quietness.
I do have a question.
Right now, I think DF B28 is fine. LIke, I'd happily release it. But I've also been waiting for A21.2 to go stable, because B28 doesn't work on it (but B29 is done which DOES work on it).
So I want your folks opinion.
Should I...
1) Release DF Stable for A21.1
2) Release DF Stable for A21.2 Experimental
3) Wait for A21.2 stable.
Right now, the testers think we should release something as stable just so people stop asking, but I figured y'all deserve input on it.
