Quick DF Progress Update

Heya folks!

Myself and the testers have been hard at work, so I wanted to give you all a progress update.

As it stands right now, there is one MUST FIX bug before any kind of public release. Actually getting the bugger to reproduce so I can track it down is the issue though. The reason I want to do it before public release is because fixing it could cause a save reset (and while folks SHOULD expect save resets in experimental releases, which is what I'm looking at, I want to minimize that).

There's also one tweak I would LIKE to do, which has the same issue... potential progression reset. I've got that half done now and will likely finish it off after sleep (it's 6am and I haven't slept yet. I'm an adult).

So... we're close. How close?

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell... I'm planning a stream on friday with public release after. I may see if I can sneak it to you folks before the stream, but no promises as I'm a bit of an idiot. ;)

wondering if there are patch notes to tell about all the changes that I can't wait to play. You mentioned in you last stream that breaking as opposed to lock picking containers would provide less loot.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE. I think I fixed the must fix bug. More to the point, I fixed a couple of others that were peripherally related and now I can't reproduce it at all, and it hasn't been reported in the latest build I gave to the testers. So.... yay?
