Updated DF to A19.5b53 that dropped at some point while I was asleep. Here's the notes.

- Updated to A19.5b53.
- Fixed steroid side effect killing the players backpack.
- Taking an Anti-Rad pill while under the effects of anti-rad will now refresh the buff (but will not stack).
