Quick 2.5k calorie shake chug. Had to move my phone mid video cus by belly got so bloated it got out of frame ๐ฎโ๐จ.
And to think this all started as a small 20-25lbs bulk, here we are about 80lbs later lol sorry old me who wanted to be shredded, bigger is better youโll see. ๐๐ช๐ผ๐
