This video is about the disturbed "capping" community, whose actions directly led to the harassment and even deaths of countless children. And specifically, their own news program on YouTube called The Daily Capper.
This is a topic I might be diving further into in the future, as there are still plenty of unknown questions. But its just a matter of finding a safe way to navigate the trail they left behind.
