Growing up I always thought it was mediocre (this was before the public conscience moved on Sea World) compared to Cedar Point, but it was a gem for the area. The one wooden coaster it had constantly felt like it would fall apart as you rode it. You're right that the history is very interesting. The rise and fall of the park would make for a good 4-episode miniseries!

I haven't been in as many years as y'all have been alive but I presume it's still Nascar six flags. None of you look like I thought you would, but not in a way that causes cognitive dissonance except maybe some jealousy of Brian's hair.

I thought I knew which of you was which, but before I pressed play I was incorrect on all my guesses :0 I clearly have assumptions abt voice personality that I need to overcome. I love that y'all got the cedar fair/six flags merger stuff correct. I worked for one until the new year and uhhh. yeah. "six flags entertainment" is the corp, and the licensing is technically usable for all but I don't think they're gonna merge them, so the individual parks maintain a uniqueness.

Also funny story, but I had a college friend who told me she would download songs onto her moms phone growing up and set them as her ringtone as a prank, and one day she set her ringtone as Boom Boom Boom and it went off for the first time during a Sunday morning service and I'm pretty sure she got grounded for like several weeks for doing this. Also, the visual of a Snoopy confederate flag is hilarious and terrifying
