Thank You Pre-Launch Patrons (We Hope You’ll Stick With Us!)

Well Pre-Launch Patrons – this is it. Here we are at last on the eve of our full Patreon launch. We want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of our hearts for getting on board with us early, and for supporting us as we took our first steps. The whole idea of a Patreon pre-launch was an untested concept as far as we know, and we’re grateful that you took a chance on it and jumped right in. You’re all heroes as far as concerned!

We hope that you’ll continue to support us when we transition to our full subscription tomorrow, with Von Keelhaul’s Drakenreef Pirates kicking things off and many more awesome fantasy themes to come in the months ahead. Here’s how it’s all going to work tomorrow:

1. You’ll be charged by Patreon for your Pre-Launch Tier subscription on the 1st of the month as normal. If you’re planning to stick with us and upgrade this is fine – the value of your payment will be deducted from the cost of your upgraded subscription, so you won’t pay more than you should.

2. If you don’t want to upgrade you should either cancel your subscription today, or we can refund your payment on request. Note that there will be no pre-launch miniature for the month of February.

3. Tomorrow the Red Dragon Tier and Merchant Tier go live, priced at £8+VAT and £27+VAT respectively. There’ll also be early bird tiers for both, priced at £7+VAT and £23+VAT. The early bird tiers will be limited in number, so you might want to set your alarm!

4. If you’d like to upgrade from the Pre-Launch Tier to any of these new tiers, go to the ‘My Membership’ tab on our Patreon page, look under ‘Your Benefits’ and select the new tier that you wish to join. You’ll be asked to confirm your payment, and you’ll see that the money you’ve already paid for the Pre-Launch Tier has been deducted from the cost. You’ll then be able to download February’s miniature collection when the link is made available on the 2nd.

5. The Pre-Launch Tier will remain live until midnight GMT on Monday 7th February, to give you plenty of time to upgrade before the tier is discontinued. If you haven’t upgraded when the tier is discontinued then your most recent payment will be refunded (as there’s no February pre-launch miniature).

6. On Tuesday 8th February, everyone that’s upgraded will receive a message detailing how to access and download your thank you bonus STL – Garoth Peacebreaker, Vorghan Barbarian.
