Introducing: Ladscast! And Our First Stretch Goal!

Hey everybody!

First of all, thank you so much for your continued support. A year ago, we could never have imagined having such amazing folks like you listening to our stuff, and it’s been so humbling and wonderful to watch this weird community grow into something sustainable. From all of us here, thank you.

We’re over the moon to announce that we’re now making enough money where we can start to expand our offerings to you, our patrons. In that spirit, we’re launching a new monthly show called LadsCast, exclusively for our Pangloss ($10/month) tier. This will be a looser, unedited show where the three of us will hang out and chat, free from the boundaries of a case-study. 

You can actually listen to the first episode right now! We talk about the conclusion to the Covington Catholic saga, high school theater, and our opinions on the play Dog Sees God! It’s a weird, good time.

We ALSO would like to announce our very first STRETCH GOAL!

Once we hit 300 patrons, we will introduce a new monthly series into the rotation for ALL patrons called Fancy Movie Time with Brian and A.J.! 

Here’s the pitch:

A.J. always wanted to be a film buff but spent most of his childhood exclusively watching A Goofy Movie and the film adaptation of Grease. Brian has seen five Ingmar Bergman films and, also, other movies. Together, with A.J.’s subscription to the Criterion Channel, they will go on a quest through the annals of film history, discussing the créme de la créme of cinema, and also probably making a lot of dick jokes. Get out your top hat and monocle, it’s time for Fancy Movie Time with Brian and A.J.!
