You sit on the chair, do the thing, and you stand up with a finished model: simple and clean (actually, I make a ton of mess on the table during these speed painting sessions but you got the point XD)!
The best part and my main use for this kind of workflows is that I can quickly test strange ideas and techniques in a low stakes environment without ever losing focus of the most essential elements of model, the one that really make it work and get the real attention.
Ps: the baby is at home from the daycare these days so I had to cut the airbrush sounds because I didn't get a single clean shot... sorry sorry sorry! Luckily this time there isn't a lot of spraying...
