Painting Minis in a Clean Comic Book/Anime style! In REAL TIME!

I really need a project like this one every once in a while!
It's easy to get stuck in an aesthetic even more than a practical painting style...
the solution for me is to indulge in it until the vein is dry (not really possible these days, and frankly a bit sad because at this point I'm done forever with that idea) or to shock my system with something completely different!
And it works great even as relaxed, low stakes painting before important long term projects!
The main thing I tried to get from this paintjob is a serious stretching of the airbrushing muscles (as you can see from the videos I didn't use it seriously in a while) and a conscious, super fine control of saturation; all that back and forth with white is to push the luminosity of paint to its maximum limits but pure white over an advanced paintjob is always tricky to control so focusing most of my attention on that has been really useful to build new confidence on the practical application of this Renaissance idea!
Enjoy!!!

ps: If you like the general topic I have several anime kits at home ;p I'm thinking to something like animation cell/anime cover style using only blocks of colours...

pps: if you don't hear the sound of airbrushing here and there is because I had to edit out some of the acoustic mess around my table lol
