On Feb. 16, Lawfare Editor-in-Chief Benjamin Wittes will sit down with Lawfare Legal Fellow and Courts Correspondent Anna Bower, Lawfare Senior Editor Roger Parloff, and Lawfare Managing Editor Tyler McBrien for this week’s episode of “Lawfare Live: Trump’s Trials and Tribulations.”

This week’s livestream conversation will include discussion of Trump’s continued effort to obtain immunity from criminal prosecution, the possibility of punishment for Trump in the New York civil fraud trial, and a hearing to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the Georgia election case against the former president.
