Related to the 4th, there is a lot of use of the phrase “Constitutional crisis”in the media. Without asking for prediction and speculation, is it possible to discuss what this means? What are the “parameters” that define a “Cc” and can you cite other countries where this has happened and how it was dealt with/resolved (or not)?

2023-09-06 20:19:36 +0000 UTCThere will be a test case, probably more than one. It will go to SCOTUS, and then the s**t will hit the fan. Buckle up. I voted for "Are there strategies ..." because I'm curious as to why anyone would entertain the notion that the proposition has any merit at all. The courts are, arguably, our last refuge from political theater.
