Hello Ness Miniatures, Thank you very much for your comment, and we're sorry to hear that you're having issues with printing. As we've mentioned several times, we've aimed to raise the quality by contracting TuClave3D's services for the support process of our models, and we are confident that their work is of the highest quality, if not the best. The September models were the first ones supported by TuClave3D, and we are so certain of their success because we conducted several test prints with different parameters and different resins. You can see the results in the posts we made of the printed miniatures, both on the printing plate with the models still attached and the models themselves after being removed from the supports. We provide the files in STL format with supports for those who want to enjoy the models quickly and with the guarantee of 100% print success, and without supports for those who want to work on the models in their own way. We sincerely hope you can enjoy the best experience with us, and as always, we look forward to your open and honest feedback.

While I was quite looking forward to being able to just print without test printing, wasting resin, and adding extra supports myself, these seem even worse than the first wave, considering they have just ripped off the supports mid-print, and these are the only files I ever have issues printing. It perplexes me even to this day why alongside the .stl files, the .lys are also not being handed out to patrons, as it is very obviously done in Lychee. Not every printing environment is the same, not all resin is the same, the vast majority of issues others are having with the presupported files could have very easily be resolved by handing those out, so people can adjust the supports that are too weak for their resin/environment. I think you definitely need to reconsider the decision of choosing not to hand out the .lys files alongside the .stl files, as this seems to be a standard for most STL patreons these days.
