Hi everyone! Welcome to the first DevLog of 2025 π
Light Fairytale Episode 3
I've been focusing on the main town in this episode - Hydropolis. It's a town cursed by the Water Elemental, and I've updated the lighting to better match her design's colors.

Super Night Riders S1
I've added input remapping for both gamepads and keyboards. This allows for a wider range of actions, beyond the default layout.

For example, you can now assign numpad keys to different camera views or even control the sun with specific keys.

(Currently, the stars aren't moving, but I'll fix that soon!)
This reminds me of the French launch ad for the Nintendo DS back in 2005.

I've also introduced new models for the male riders. They are now playable and customizable. I'm still working on their racesuits.

The clouds are now 3D renders from Blender, created under various lighting conditions.
I've improved the moon phase accuracy, and it functions offline. Look out for special timed events, like "Wolff's Den" - which only occurs during real-life full moon nights!
And yes, "Wolff" with two "f"s - it's the family name of characters Alice and her half-sister Yoko.

A few more work-in-progress screenshots.

The screenshots are available as 4K .PNG files in the attachments section below.
Bonus?
No wallpaper this month - I've been too busy with the games π
But expect a stunning piece next month from our beloved cover illustrator, the Japanese artist romiy.
What's Next
Next month, I'll keep refining the stage designs in Super Night Riders S1 and continue developing Hydropolis in Light Fairytale Episode 3.
That's all for now!
Thanks so much for your support and patience. See you all next time π
