Darts Club - Behind The Scenes

This is the first and the last attempt for the same animation!
As far as I remember, I wasn't in a good mood making "Example 1" scene.
So when I finished the whole video, I decided to re-animate these scenes again, I couldn't allow myself leave them like this, so "Example 2" is the final animation I used. It's more bouncy, and looks more like I would've animate most of the time.
I guess this is why I'm waiting with my longer and more complex ideas until I'll feel no pressure from YouTube. I'm talking about "Space Bar" video I showed earlier. I will definitely continue making it some day, I can't just leave this idea unreleased!

It's the uncropped Scout's Imagination Scene I used in my video!
I wanted to upload it as the Video right on Patreon, but it was bugged!
Here's few screenshots you may find interesting:
Sniper was a little different at first. His hat looked terrible from behind, so I changed it.
I tried to make Darts Club inside of the building, but it was too dark, so I decided to use this part of the map instead!
I also thought to use Ropes, or Wooden Planks instead of the Big Letters, but it was unreadable!
I managed to pick the right colors only on the second try.
Unused camera angle and faces. Actually, I made this screenshot to see if my camera angle fits to the previous scenes.

About "Forestcall" I have two versions of it on my Alt Channel, one that was used in the video (short version), and another - I finished few months later. And maybe this is why it counts as the Track 2!

2025-03-09 00:43:28 +0000 UTCI know I can't rush with art, but since I'm the only person who's working right now (YouTube is my only job), I feel pressure, because I need to make videos to have some money and keep living. My wife could find her new job again someday, but for today it's too soon to think about it. So right now I want my next video to be simple and short, so I'll be sure I'll make it quick. And because of it - I'll probably enjoy the process, coz I'll know this video will be released in time.

2025-03-09 00:38:49 +0000 UTCI always appreciate when people notice all the things I put in my videos intentionally! 🤩 I'll check Patreon to see if they will finally allow me to upload videos, coz I'd like to share at least one of my videos without background music. I usually add music on top of sound effects, and sometimes I like rewatching my videos without any music. The moment I put wind effects on top, my videos feels complete.

I rediscovered your channel recently, and instantly became obsessed and ended up watching everything you've uploaded probably like 50 times in the span of a week. The first time I watched, I enjoyed them, but it was only upon rediscovery that I realized just how incredible they are - which is usually how it goes with any art that I end up loving the most (usually music, but sometimes videos like in this case). I really adore how surreal they are without being "tryhard" (in fact, you make it feel effortless) and how they kind of have their own symbolic "language" in a lot of ways (like for example the cigar in mouth when a character is thinking/confused/etc), not to mention all the background gags you include for us detail appreciators. And even though you said you don't enjoy doing the audio portion of your videos, it's extremely obvious you still put so much work into it, because even that aspect alone adds even more hilarity to them. Like I've never even played TF2 and I still love everything about your videos so much. I hope you see this comment even if you don't reply, so you know that the hard work you put into everything you do is very much appreciated, even if it means you take more time to put out videos. True art can't be rushed. Take the time you need; I'd rather you be able to continue your work than burn yourself out of a feeling of obligation to your audience, or worse, "the algorithm". Mental health is important, and your true fans care about you. Much love from here in the US, and hope things aren't too bad over there for you. Even though our countries are supposed to be "enemies", really, we're both kind of fucked politically so I hope you're able to take care of yourself and prioritize your wellbeing as much as you're able to. BTW - not sure if it's just mistagged, but "Forestcall"'s id3 tags say that it's track 2. So I'm wondering - is there a track 1 anywhere? Maybe I just missed it but I'd love to hear it if there is a track 1, because that track is a fucking banger.
