Hey everyone!

I am super happy to finally reveal to you my next big project! It's been nearly a decade since I last attempted to create a comic and I could not be more excited for it

This comic is a completely original story by Aethan (https://bsky.app/profile/aethan.bsky.social) who actually wrote it about 2 years ago for our collab (I'm so sorry it took me so long to actually be good enough to get into the project, please forgive me! 🙏)

I'm planning to release 1 page each week publicly, with patreon folks being at least a page ahead (with the exception of this week because you're getting cover and page 1!). Of course no plan survives contact with the enemy, and since the comic is a fair bit longer than what I've done before I'm also gonna apologize in advance if I end up delaying something along the way hahaha

Also I do need to note that I've never done a pixel art comic like this! So we might encounter some pains along the way as I make it. One thing I'm already planning for is how dialogue is gonna be handled, since having it in the most "pure" pixel art way would completely compromise readability. So, since I want the comic to be as acessible as possible, any important text will be handled like I did for the credits on the bottom left of the cover here, it's a regular text layer added on top of the pure pixel art page

Anyway, that's more than enough rambling for now. I promise that the comments on the pages themselves are gonna be much shorter since the story should speak for itself hahaha
