Yapping!! Memoria talks about alternate hair color/green eyes, Tsundere...
Added 2025-10-12 07:00:08 +0000 UTCMemoria was supposed to have red hair + green eyes in a rebrand
I randomly asked some people and they've been used to my black hair + purple eyes, so the only meaningful change I made was turn my black hair have a hue of dark blue! Not only that, another ASMRtist I used to talk with occasionally rebranded to red hair green eyes around the same time I was reaching out to artists for the remodel, so I thought I'd rather not be a copycat even though I had that idea even before her rebrand.
So things didn't line up, and things mostly remained the same with the only meaningful change being the hair color + maid aesthetic and amplifying the mommy look that some people said made me resemble KSON.
Issues with Tsundere archetype
As a fan I don't have issues with Tsundere, but I find it difficult acting mean on purpose especially when I don't mean it. Contrast that to Yandere where I have always had an obssessive and passionate side I can pull from, or sounding naturally gentle for more mild-mannered ASMRs... So to speak, it's more of a skill issue! I talked about struggling with writing the tsundere script over the past year for the Neko Roommate x Kitsune Listener series in a reflections audio, and this is an extension of that.
A dere type I'd like to try more of though is Kuudere, but it's incredibly hard to force myself to when I'm in acting mode, because teasing and being dominant comes naturally to me when voice acting. If I were to do more Kuudere, #1 in my list to do is Rio Tsukatsuki from Blue Archive, especially with the artworks from Shigu!
For now though I do want to focus more on "Mommy" and bring that to you and everyone, to show my strengths even more. I do feel like I've been missing out not leaning onto my "Mommy" side more, as that's an unfair advantage I have over most ASMRtists (they're great, but not a lot do Mommy ASMRs!). There's no "dere" type to my knowledge for Mommy archetype, it's just another genre to combine with an existing dere.
