Merry Christmas and End of Year Message

Hey all you lovely folks,

as has become tradition, as christmas draws near and the year nears it's well deserved end, we want to deliver some words to you for the holidays.

2022 has been a wild ride. It feels like we blinked twice, and it's over already. We vividly remember sweating in summer, and now we're already cozying up besides the heater with hot cocoa and a nice soup. 

It's really insane how that goes, really. I think we've all been there at some point. Wondering where the time went, and then inevitably reflecting on the years past, planning for the future and sometimes lamenting the present.

As always, we're already deep in planning 2023, setting up goals, schedules and updates the portfolio. We did the same thing last year too. Thanks to all of you, last years goals have long become obsolete, and that taught us a valuable lesson: 

The sky is the limit. 

Please, if you can fulfill us one christmas wish, let it be this: Don't wait for your future to come to you. Don't wait on your dreams. Don't wait on tomorrow. Life is too short, moments too precious. Seconds feel shorter, the world always a bit bleaker. It is time for all of us to take up our own inner demons and fight for our dreams now, and not sometime down the line.

Take this advice to heart. Don't brush over it. Take a moment, and a deep breath, and think about what it really means. Close your eyes, and envision who you want to be, where you want to see yourself tomorrow, next week, in a year. And then start setting pieces in place today so you can become that person. Personally, professionaly, in your hobbies or your love life, it doesn't matter. Your future is yours.

The funny thing is that your future doesn't know where you are. You have to help guide it, and walk towards it. You are the beacon of your own true self. 

As for us, we will strive to do just that. We will plan, we will execute, we will strife to the best of our abilities. We will leave cynism behind. We will not be sarcastic about our future. We will not joke about our dreams.

If we don't take ourselves seriously, who will. 

Tomorrow is christmas eve. It's not just another day. It's not just a holiday, or a day for presents.

It's a day for you. It's the day to take the first step.
