It boggles the mind.

I know he has actual human beings making these claims, but the argument really does approach straw man status. The people who make claims like that are practically flat-earth level, both in terms of numbers and in terms of position on a spectrum representing mainstream to insane thinking. It really is not right to try to place those people on a political spectrum and then to vilify their "side". Waste of time.

The claim is that the ideological right dismisses science (and they do), but here is blatant evidence of the left doing the same. Your personal feelings matter more than facts, guys. I can see why they’re doing it too - if we argue we’re all the same, there’s no justification for the differences in pay, hierarchy, status, but I would argue you don’t win people over by being inauthentic about it. I say this as a lefty who would like to see some return to sanity.

Idiotic is right. The second woman nailed it when she used the animal comparison. Animals don’t have cultural norms, but there are major differences in male and female bodies, brains, and behaviors. Humans are also animals, much as so much of us want to deny this fact, ergo we do not merely exist as products of dominant ideas. We are just another type of mammal, and mammals have gender differences. End of story. When will this SJW insanity end?!?!?

It's pure sophistry. Their claim is since there is no 100% female brain or 100% male brain this means there are no sexual differences at all. But following the same logic you could say, since there are no 2 identical human beings, the human being doesn't exist. There are a few fascinating studies which link preference towards boys toys on female babies to prenatal testosterone. Culture only reflects preexisting biological differences. Maybe our culture didn't take into account shades of gray and it's a fair goal to try to show them more often, but simply denying biological differences is idiotic.
