Update + Preview Post! March 4th, 2022

Hey Patrons, it's first update post of the month time!

Attached to this post is a preview of the next song up: the Battle Theme from Shin Megami Tensei II. If all goes according to plan, this one should be finished and up by the end of the weekend (Sunday).

Let's see, what else...

Project Peppermint is still in the works. I was working on it a bit last month, but then I got a bit overzealous with the to-do list and knocked out 5 songs in the shortest month of the year, so I didn't have much extra time to work on it. I'll likely be capping March and April to 4 songs each so I can get back to working on that, as well as getting some more new acoustic shorts out.

The GaMetal Discord Robot Master Request Battle Tournament has been underway since Sunday, and we're a day away from the finals match, which at the moment is looking like it's going to be Tornado Man vs Galaxy Man (who is currently far ahead in the current match against Shadow Man), so one of those two songs will likely be done later this month (likely 4th, to give some space between it and Wood Man).

The other songs for the month will be TBA, based on what PRL songs get added tomorrow.

I've definitely got some time for another Patreon Request List listening stream this month! We'll do that next weekend, on Saturday March 12th, a bit earlier than usual: let's try 1:00 PM US Central.

I'm not sure yet on what I'll be doing with April Fools this year. I'm considering the double Big Shots that I've been talking about (Fatal Fury first, Deltarune immediately after), but I'll make a decision on that later this month.

Oh and, since a lot of you have been asking: May Madness remake voting will start in early April. 😂
