New Patreon Goal: Language Localization

It's been a requested feature for a long time: the ability of the bot to output in multiple languages. I've been dragging my feet on it for a while because there's always been something else to do, like improving OCR, the companion app, research, the sudden POI changes and a multitude of other features.

Shared Quota and Upgraded Patreon Rewards

The long awaited shared server quota feature is live! It was launched as part of v1.11.0.

If you are a patreon supporter, you can now share your quota with your primary discord server, making the most of your support and keeping your community running smoothly.
