Update Post! Sept. 30th, 2021

Hey Patrons,

I had mentioned getting an update post up yesterday in the video post, but it slipped my mind, so let's get to it!

The next song up will be our 10th annual NES Medley! I've had a lot of you ask if I'm going to do a medley song ordering stream for this one (and the later PSX Medley), so I'm going to do this for you all tomorrow, starting around 3:00 PM US Central Time. It probably won't take any longer than an hour or so.

We're once again back to a cleaned out to-do list!

Since our to-do list is looking awesome again, we're going to be celebrating Halloween all month long with several dark-themed songs (after NES Medley). This may or may not include October's Patreon stream song selection, depending on what that ends up being. We'll also be having our yearly  Halloween Poll for you all to decide on a Halloween-related song for this month.

I'll also be doing another GaMetal Discord Request Battle and let the general public vote between a couple of Halloween choices.

Outside of that, I'm going to get Lost in Thoughts All Alone together this month and have it ready to go by November. I know you all have been waiting an eternity for that one, my apologies.

One more thing I'd like to touch on today: Project Peppermint is still in development, I don't think I'll be reaching my ambitious October and maybe even November goal, but that's alright, these things take time. In the meantime, I've also been working on a second secret project which I've only mentioned on Patreon streams, so I might as well make it official in a post: it's code-named Project Fire.

I've been working pretty hard on this one lately, and might even have it finished in October. It's not really as major as Project Peppermint, but I'm still pretty excited about it. More details will come in the near future.

Since it's about to be October, I might as well mention that our next monthly Patreon stream will take place at our usual date and time of October 5th, starting around 3:00 PM US Central Time. I'll have the Patreon request list updated a day or two before then.
