MCD had a bunch of changes that made this take longer than expected. I think I got everything working properly.
One known bug is that this is not compatible with the old versions of The Tower. The work around is to make sure to open your save file with MCD first (so it can migrate the old Tower data to the new format) and then you can open it with MCDSaveEdit and it won't erase your progress on the Tower.
I also upgraded to .NET Framework 4.8 so you might have to install that to get this to run. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net48
