Patreon Stream #11 Recap + May Madness reveals!

Hey Patrons!

I held the latest drawing stream about an hour ago and we have yet another 2 songs to add to the to-do list! Here are this month's winners:

First up is Decisive (Battle) from Ogre Battle 64 for Chris Smith! I can't say I've ever played Ogre Battle 64 but I know it was very well-received back when it came out.

Second up...

FIGHT!! Version 3 from Grandia II, for B. Ratcliff! I mistakenly thought of Gradius when this was pulled (lol), but Grandia II is an old RPG that was on PS2, Dreamcast, and PC. Another one I can't say I've played, but both winners are great tunes!

Before I reveal the last 2 May Madness Remakes, we have another Discord Request Battle winner! For those of you that aren't part of the GaMetal Discord, every few months I pit two songs against each other and remix the one with the most votes. Molgera Battle from TLoZ: Wind Waker! This is one I've wanting to do for a while and it absolutely walloped the opposing song (Tal Tal Heights), so you can expect this one a bit later!

Our 3rd confirmed remake for the month is a song that was requested on the discussion post by several of you, and a song I've been wanting to do the past 2 May's but always edged it out in favor of others. So this time, I'm finally gonna redo...

Rainbow Road from Mario Kart Wii! I first did this one all the way back in 2010. Crazy to think that was 8 years ago!

And our final remake for the month I pulled from not only your comments from the discussion post, but from Youtube as well. I left a comment on our most recent video (Sky High) asking what songs people would like to hear remade. I was very interested to find out a lot of people wanted a remake of this one, especially considering how popular it is to this day. So this year, we're giving the remake treatment to none other than...

In the Final, formerly known as Dark Star Core, from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story! I did this song back in 2013 and it's still currently the #2 most viewed GaMetal video on the Youtube channel.. but a ton of people mentioned this song on my May Madness request comment. So this time we're gonna do it even better! (And call it by it's now official name, haha.)
