2025-12-22 15:59:06 +0000 UTCI love when whatever the characters go through, we eventually see it in play in actual matches later on after their training arc qwq seeing their hardwork manifest and actually putting things they learnt or practiced into action is just amazing. The way Suga says about how most ppl in that court would see the high pass by Hinata as something normal but we felt the same as how Suga feels because we know Hinata's personality from the start about how he is always the one with so much energy and always wanting to do something more, yet that very person is the one helping his team get back to their senses to slow down, i cry no matter how many times i've seen this scene QwQ And the final block by the duo as well, them being the ones to be able to block the quick attack, its like reflecting back to when they fight with oikawa. How they lost to aoba the first time because Oikawa said he knew that was exactly what kageyama would have done at that moment, and here they both know as well it is what they would probably have done in that situation so they were prepared to stop it. it is all just full circle, seeing the characters actually learning from their past and overcoming it aaaaaaaaaaa this is why haikyuu is just one of the best anime honestly.

I cry every time I watch this back, the way everything up until this point just cumulates to this win is just so incredibly moving, it never fails to send goosebumps all over my body 😭😭😭 One of the best lessons shown in this series is that you need to take time to breathe, and that every little action goes towards the results of your efforts. It’s so hard to remember that when life gets crazy, rewatching and remembering this becomes so comforting. Haikyu itself is such a monster’s ball and we’re truly all spectators of greatness 🥹🥹🥹

2025-12-21 13:45:07 +0000 UTC7:20 & 22:03 Your reactions cracked me up :'D I love mangakas so much. Everything we watch in anime comes from their brilliant minds, their incredible works. Animes/Mangas carry such deep emotional understanding, sometimes at a level I can’t even fully grasp. What is in Japan’s water that gives mangakas this much EQ?? and how do they convey it with just a few lines of art?? It's honestly my favorite art form. I feel really lucky to be born in this era of digital art. A lot of people don't like watching anime or reading manga (or they see them as child stuff) but man, I've learned so much from these stories. You don't get this kind of emotional response from just any TV show. This week's anime club covered Haikyuu, Frieren, and HxH-- each one made you feel something completely different. You cried and laughed at the same time!! Tears of joy, tears of sympathy, tears of sorrow.. Truly a fantastical art form.

2025-12-21 12:04:51 +0000 UTCThe pacing of this season was so worth it. The slow build up from training camp to this very moment was so satisfying and rewarding for us viewers and characters like Hinata to see his hard work finally paying off

2025-12-20 23:02:14 +0000 UTCgosh no matter how many times I watch this episode, I can't help but break into tears. The pacing, build-up and release is so well executed. And even if the animation was suffering from the covid conditions, they still managed to perfectly encapsulate the thrill of the entire match that the manga was already doing a phenomenal job. The thing I have to commend the most this season is the wonderful full circle moment of Hinata's journey with the perfect receive during the most intense moment of the match.
