I got stuck in a loop of listening to Focus and Tunnel Vision back to back on repeat for like a full week, that’s how much I was obsessed but also like in a trance, I didn’t want to listen to ANYTHING else

2025-12-17 09:50:52 +0000 UTCit'z a weird feeling but the older i get the more fun i have with songs like 8bit heart, looooove experimental, playful, dreamy itzy so much, i agree w this being their best album yet, but genuinely i say that with every album they drop, they're just getting better and is great seeing someone truly appreciate them, ly PD!

2025-12-14 20:28:42 +0000 UTCagreed!!! this is my favorite itzy ep by far. my (maybe) unpopular opinion is that DYT should have been the title track. i love how industrial it (and a lot of parts of this ep) sounds. 8 bit heart is a standout and SO fun!! i know what you mean about it not being NMIXX experimental though--it's very itzy in a perfect way! nocturne is my favorite because their vocals are just gorgeous. i don't normally go to itzy for vocal heavy songs, but this one just knocks it out of the park for me! overall an outstanding release that makes me super excited for what they have next!

I knew you'd love 8BH but your reaction was even better than expected haha 100% this is their strongest album, Itzy just keep getting better and better. They just keep doing their thing, ignoring all the "flopzy" talk, and producing some of the most fun, most interesting music in the kpop scene. I can't wait for their year-end performances - probably only GWBG/K&T/TNVS, I'd assume they'll save performances of 8BH, DYT etc. until their world tour next year, but you never know!

But I honestly do not think any group does experimental songs the same way ITZY can do them. You get the exact vibe of the song from the way they sing the song. The right amount of playfulness, sarcasm, teasing and cuteness. Not everyone is going to like it but who cares, they make Bsides for MIDZY. We know they don't care what people who are not their fans and do not buy the albums think. So enjoy it.

2025-12-10 15:35:32 +0000 UTCI feel like I knew coming into this that it would be an hour long. This is the only ITZY album so far with an intro and I'm pretty sure it's only there so people can say there's a song on the album that is maybe less good than the others.

2025-12-10 14:55:19 +0000 UTCWHEN I SAY I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS REACTION,,,,,, ESPECIALLY TO 8-BIT HEART BECAUSE I KNEW YOU WOULD EAT IT UP,,,,,,, OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG i don't typically comment on things like this but this album genuinely elicited every emotion out of me in the best way possible :") it's obviously a joke but what were those clauses in the contract extension T-T i think while listening, i kept thinking that every following b side was my favorite and it wouldn't be bested. each b side was so tastefully chosen and the delivery on every song is so powerful and so...them? i'm not eloquent enough to put my full thoughts into words, but 8-bit heart's bridge actually crushed me when i listened to it for the first time. lia's voice in particular :") I WANT TO HEAR LIA WITH THIS SOUND SO MUCH MOREEEEE and needless to say, 8-bit heart is by far my favorite song off the album. the story painted through the lyrics is also so fun !! 10/10 best album from itzy for me by a mile <3
