Wow, You are the first person I saw make RM correlation, I swear the moment this EP came out I was like This Album reminds me of RPWP so much, Not the same sound but the same experimental approach... Also you were so right on Lullaby, Lullaby was apparently made one night when they were working together late and some member fell asleep on studio kinda exhausted, Martin saw that and started Lullaby, Lullaby for his members, Lullaby for himself or the sleepless night the exhaustion and a question why are they doing this kinda.... . Its such a breathe air in Kpop, Please check out their vlogs or their English interviews its kinda crazy how much involved and how confidently all of them can talk about their craft, Its basically first time I have seen in any kpop groups at all

2025-11-14 14:47:15 +0000 UTCI also had the same thought about Lullaby sounding like it should be on RMs album. Overall I think Fashion is my favorite. It gives me a mix of Xikers and MCND vibes. Their uniqueness is going to propell them so far and Im here for it! I wasn't sold on their debut, but after this album and watching their documentary Im definitely stanning them.

2025-10-08 16:10:27 +0000 UTCidntt is right behind cortis for me. idntt’s music is INCREDIBLE but it sounds more like “industry music at its cleanest and most creative” while cortis sounds like “dirty, messy, creative home made music unabashedly forcing themselves into the industry”. I gotta always prize the latter

2025-10-07 19:19:21 +0000 UTCidntt crying in the corner after reading the text of this post (joke)… I must admit… I was really curious for all those “after HYBE creation” groups that were announced, but… not that I dislike them, but I am kind of neutral… Only NewJeans got me really interested and paying attention to them. And so I have recently stopped looking forward to anything/caring as much as I used to, but Cortis seems to be the exception. I would not call them the turning point for a new generation (as you mentioned in the latest live stream). To me they feel like… they are not “NewJeans coded” as for example KiiiKiii (styling-wise), but like… hmm… As if you took the vision for NewJeans and told a group of boys to fuse it with their own work. Basically this is what I hoped for NewJeans (ADOR’s) brother group. So since NewJeans set the tone for the fifth generation, this feels like 5.5 generation.

2025-10-07 17:40:09 +0000 UTCMy favorite song is definitely "Joyride", then "What You Want", & all the other songs are tied at 3rd bcz I have the whole EP on cycle & can't choose. This is the perfect "day" album where you can listen to each song at a different part of your day. "Go!" gets you ready to conquer the day, "What You Want" can be a good song to listen to throughout the day while doing other things, "FaSHioN" is the hype song you listen to on the way to plans/a party, "Joyride" is for the calm drive home, and "Lullaby" is for right before you go to bed 😊 So glad you have fallen in love with this EP & Cortis just as much as a lot of us. You have to check out some of their behind the scenes content/vlogs to get to know the members more now! Just wait, the more you know the members & their chemistry as a group, the further down the Cortis rabbit hole you will fall 🤣

Every song made it onto my rotation - I need to own the vinyl for this, its just one of those EPs - Lullaby reminded me of Jean Dawson’s song Pirate Radio. I am sure there’s more similar songs he has done, but thats the one that immediately came to mind. Instantly loved this song - I much preferred What You Want version with Teezo! also YAY APPRECIATION FOR JAMES FASHION VERSES !! ive heard fashion about a million times now because we are using it for our dance studio end of year concert, but im still not sick of it 😅😅 it will def be my most streamed song of 2025 at this rate
