Update This Month(?) - Update Details!

Hey everyone!

Wanted to break the silence and just chat about this update along with the near/long term plans for House Chores!

== Release Date / Window ==

I don't have a specific release date yet but I am looking to release the update this month!

The art required for this update is nearing completion and I still need to finish making the update itself.  But both parts shouldn't be too tough or long.

I'll be releasing an update for Zombie's Retreat 2 this month as well so the challenge will be finding which weekend is most appropriate for HC to release.  Keep an eye out both here and on Discord or Twitter for more concrete release date announcements!

== Update Contents ==

As originally announced, this update will begin the first half of Emily's story/content!

Additionally, Linda will be getting a new on-screen scene somewhere around the house ;)

Lastly, the dining room has been added to help expand the house for further events & content.

== What's Next - Roadmap ==

I wanted to talk just a little bit about what I have planned for roughly the first half of 2022.

Next up after this update will be the conclusion of Julie's main storyline!  Following that should be the conclusions of Emily's main story.  As the summer approaches, I think a little break by the backyard pool might be worth looking at.

House Chores feels like it's nearing completion yet there's so many things I want to do after each character has reached 'home base' so it's tough to say how long I'll keep doing updates.  At this point, I'm just having fun and seeing what sort of mischief this house gets into!
