i believe haechan was going for the concept that has always been associated with him which was how he had two sides to him and here, black & white haechan, according to an article, is the light within haechan himself, i believe they referred to him as the inner god. black & white haechan controls the situations showed on the video, with everything leading up to human haechan discovering the existence of black & white haechan through the drain. because of human haechan's necklace, he was able to go to the other side and meet inner god haechan (them walking towards each other). as they meet, human haechan becomes one with his inner self and then comes the ending where we see this leading to him, complete and one with his inner self, waking up to a bigger world (literally). the whole message they were trying to convey, i believe, was “the light within me is ultimately the power that completes me.”

The pink color is related to Michael Jackson's birth year. #CF0058 for 1958. The number 58 is also Haechan's personal number in NCT because it is related to Michael Jackson.

My predictions from the SM schedule thing were...not accurate. The ballpark I thought they were going with was August. Oh well, beginning of September was still damn close. The hype is real. I'll watch this after the album comes out because I don't wanna be spoiled. But thank you again for reacting to it! The teaser photos are insane. The text from other sites said this was an album concept trailer, but as a long-time fan, I know they sometimes have actual music from the album in these. So I tend to avoid watching them with audio on, hence why I'm waiting until September 8th to watch this reaction. Autoplay is a hell of a thing, too, but I had my audio muted. Thank you again!!
