As someone who followed him since his voice pulled me into kpop in general back in 2012, i found Universe to be a huge relief and a long hoped for resurgence of his solo work from his Japanese albums. Iβve always preferred his sort of rock style he utilized more in Japan than the trot and ballad he usually kept himself busy with in Korea, so I was happy.
