His death was the first step for humanity” Just… it is wild to realize! About talking to Eren… Armin said the same thing to Burrito (Bertholdt) in the Return to Shinganshina arc before he transformed there. It makes it all feel like as if Armin was meant to be the savior… Also… I wish Annie and Mikasa had a fight. It would not change anything, but the fight between two of them would have been epic! Regarding Erwin… Hmm, I agree he would have understood Eren for sure. It is hard to imagine what else he would have done. I cannot imagine him being like full-on Jaegerist, but at the same time I am not sure if he would have wanted to go against them or Eren… Like I can imagine him being “neutral”. Just staying at the island and leaving it all on Eren and “destiny”. Because after knowing the truth of it all, he would have been glad he was right the whole time about humanity beyond the walls, but at the same time that was his only/mainly goal to find out, so based on this hopeless situation, he would have just “given up” on trying to solve it
