VERY late but! poppop is such a good album not only instrumental and vocal wise, but because of its concept itself and cohesiveness! it's such a fun and creative way to describe young love poppop is literally about how it feels to fall in love... literally (as with the onomatopoeia as you mentioned!). feelings are about to pop and starts at a fast pace melt inside my pocket is about being worried about getting rejected but also worried about not telling whoever they are in love with in time (comparing it to a "chocolate that's about to melt") and other fun comparisons design describes about loving everything about their partner's "design" and generally just the sheer love they have for them 1000 is, as you've described, about folding 1000 paper cranes to give to your crush... AKA the "confession" song! there's some lyrics I believe about not truly understanding what they're getting into (somewhat about the "naivety" of falling in love IMO) but also how they're willing to explore their feelings with their crush! silly dance (my favorite) is just... a really pretty song. mostly about how you don't mind looking silly dancing a "broken dance" as long as you get to see the other person smile. very whimsical with an offbeat melody to watch the lyrics, not to mention how earnest/sincere all the voices sound? a very charming song and one that's what I think is truly the epitome of what makes NCT Wish.... well, Wish! still 3PM is the most difficult for me to describe, but I'd say it's sort of recounting their entire love story? or a love letter if you will. very reflective and generally just remininscing about what it's like to fall in love and how they still love their partner to this day. overall this album is very cohesive and cute and, for a boy group whose concepts are "clumsy cupids" and generally just all about the different types of love, "young love" is a great 2nd mini album!

2025-09-28 23:40:50 +0000 UTCvery late into watching this but i very much agree that design sounds like a shinee song! honestly the beat reminds me of juliette! honestly poppop is one of my favorite albums throughout the year (alongside odyssey and taste) but color is also such a good album! nct wish’s potential is really awesome and i enjoy everytime they release an album. thank you so much for this!

Wishful has six songs from their three previous single albums (seven if you count NASA that there was a short performance video for) , but 'Wishful Winter', 'Far Away', 'Touchdown', 'Choo Choo', 'P.O.V', and 'Our Adventures' were new Japanese releases!

And as someone who grew tired of stanning KPOP groups and went to just casually listening to KPOP releases, NCT WISH dragged me back to 덕질 life after listening to Steady. Like PD, I'm a total sucker for refreshing KPOP sounds so I also really regret not checking them out when they first debuted because their music is totally my style. They're also just adorable and nice kids, so watching their content was like a breath of fresh air. I really look forward to PD reacting to Lastart and be kind of surprised because they performed songs that are so far away from their concept right now, though Lastart actually made me realize that they're very talented and capable kids who can digest any concept LOL I just hope they stay true to their current concept for a long time because it fits them more, and it's a color so unique to them.

In the book the fox says to the little prince, "For instance, if you come at four in the afternoon, I'll begin to be happy by three." Hence the English title, "Still 3pm"

And in the second verse, you were a little more impressed, and from the fans' guesses, harmony with JAEHEE. [Grab the canvas 환상속에(환상속에) 꿈꿔 왔던 널 그려 (꿈꿔 왔던 널 그려)] is RYO and (JAEHEE). Do you understand what I wrote? Chords are in parentheses. The best sound you can hear (the vibrato part you mentioned) is probably RYO. You confused JAEHEE and SION's voices again in the second half, so I laughed. (Positively!) [누가 뭐래도 종일 네 생각만 우린 Paint the town 내 맘 말해줄게] This part is JAEHEE. [시간은 자꾸만 가 주머니 속 Ah ah 숨겨놓아 Ah ah 보이지 않잖아] This is RYO. Isn't it nice to hear right? YEEEES. This song was pre-released during WISH's concert tour. So we saw the choreography. Of course, there's a dance practice video, so make sure to check it out. Even fans say it's like a 2nd generation idol song. AND It is also my favorite track.

2025-05-07 17:30:37 +0000 UTCso glad you enjoyed this album!! i love it so much, i probably listened to the whole thing four times the week it came out lol. definitely some of their best work, design is ADDICTING. also, when i first saw the korean title for still 3pm, i felt like it seemed to be a reference to the little prince (“for instance, if you come at four in the afternoon, i’ll begin to be happy at three”). additionally, if i remember correctly, the topic of taming is very prevalent in regards to the relationship between the little prince and the fox (though their relationship wasn’t romantic). i can’t remember what the exact line was but i’ll look for it! the little prince was also a good chunk of the storyline for txt’s minisode 3: tomorrow, which maaaybe is where you remember the “tame me” line used? for the killa? edit: i found the taming line! “to you i am nothing more than a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. but if you tame me, then we shall need each other. to me, you will be unique in all the world. to you, i shall be unique in all the world...”

Plus its their first Million selling album! Their growth from steady really skyrocketed. personally it was so hard to pick a favorite but MIMP and Design are just top notch! They first performed MIMP during their concert back in march and my was it a whole new experience. I still think they should’ve kept this masterpiece for their next title track but to be fair this whole ep is filled with title track contenders! Silly dance also grew a lot on me especially the final part wherein highnotes were thrown everywhere like yes boys sing! But yeah Design is just too catchy. Very SHINee and Exo coded Also, I will never stop campaigning for you to start Lastart as soon as you finish ILand2 since it’s only for like 7 episodes if you exclude the bonus eps which focused more on team building. Absolutely straight to the point and unproblematic. just showcasing raw talent and mentors who actually help! May I also add the fact that the performances literally dont have any focus cams because they only got to perform each stage once with Live vocals. For SM’s first survival show, it was really unfortunate that it didn’t really get the hype it deserved bc It was aired around the same time as boys planet as well as post lee sooman which led to a lot of lineup changes e.g. sungtaro’s removal from nct, transferred to the new upcoming smbg. A lot of fans boycotted the show since a new nct subunit wasnt as interesting as sm newest boygroup. But riize and wish are now both thriving and we love to see it! So please please please watch Lastart! Its a very quick watch NCT WISH had a really rough start but Im so glad that they’re finally getting the recognition they deserve plus they really established a solid branding for themselves. Wishcore! If Dream feels like a chaotic coming of age group of boys who are all childhood bestfriends and brothers and 127 as the found family closeknit group of college guys who got their own thing going on but will still go a mile to support eachother, the way I distinguish wish from all the other nct subunits is that they feel like Grandma’s warm and homemade cookies. So comforting and full of love. A wholesome bunch. They may seem shy at first but they’re really funny when they get comfortable. So likeable and easy to love once you get more into them. They’re just a bunch of good kids who knows each others boundaries and rejects the thought of being infected of the 남자병.
