To give a brief idea, they started as nothing more than an impulsive Passion Project purely for YT content. To an extent, there is even an inside joke among their staff that their CEO (Kim Gyeran) started all of this with an ulterior motive to be close and live with Chodan (Drummer). Fast forward, they unexpectedly blew up with TBH even hitting #1 on the charts. Then suddenly, this YT series about influencers forming a band that you watch for the antics between members and CEO suddenly turned into a developmental journey of 4 girls sharing the same PASSION for music but the world did not give them that opportunity until QWER is formed. The bass and guitar players learned their instruments from scratch, with only PASSION fueling them day by day. The origin story of QWER is utterly fascinating! Their dynamics is out of this world. They have no sense of censorship since they did not have media training to start with. They are blunt as fvck! (One member openly admitted in one episode that she got a nose job, that is some sh*t you won't see in the KPOP space!) lol I am just waiting for you to like them enough to be interested to dive into how they ultimately started because their formation series is a very fun watch and very different from any content you have watched here.
